Overview

Organizations of all types and sizes are making choices about what work is done inside and what work is done by outside service providers. This workshop led by Ouellette & Associates expert consultants provides frameworks to examine the choices and chart a course for sourcing which considers the needs of all stakeholders, including IT employees who are often threatened by the thought of sourcing. This workshop will explore the impact of sourcing decisions on people, just as it explores the impact of people on the success of sourcing initiatives.
