Many ‘culture change’ agents leave out the most important element of expectation involved in ‘culture change’. That element is the explicit value shift the organization wishes to achieve in order to transform the way people relate and work together. In this 3-day workshop leaders will learn about culture and culture value spectrums that can support stronger communication about organizational change initiatives. Join Elizabeth Topp, co-founder of shiftalliance, to explore the dynamics of culture change in greater depth.
