Overview

Organizational alignment is a challenge. Getting everyone to see the same vision and coordinate effectively behind that vision seems nearly impossible the more complex an organization becomes. In this 3-day intensive join Elizabeth Topp and shiftalliance to learn about and use a unique organizational systems framework to clarify your leadership initiatives within the context of your organization. During the intensive participants will articulate the fundamental elements of their business or business unit, and consider ways to enhance its productivity using best practices for delivering ‘meaningful value’ to their stakeholders. After outlining the organizational elements, participants will reflect on their individual contribution, clarifying their priorities and outlining a personal “meaningful” strategy for thriving in the workplace.
