Overview

This course provides an understanding of the various approaches to innovation and focuses on a customer-driven methodology. It also addresses the increasingly prominent role of design in creating memorable experiences and an emotional connection with a product and/or a company. Participants will learn how to identify opportunities, transform these opportunities into requirements and product concepts that cast an optimum balance between usefulness, usability, and desirability from all stakeholders’ perspectives.
