Rachel L. Kjack is the CEO of Learning for Leverage (LfL), which provides state-of-the-art training to professionals throughout the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. Originally started as a partnership with Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski to better train Oregon’s information technology workforce, LfL has evolved into an independent training program for professionals at organizations of all sizes and in many different areas of the tech industry and beyond. |
| Rachel also is a highly sought after facilitator who leads workshops on topics ranging from business strategy to communication skills. And after 17 years of working in the high-tech arena, she is intimately familiar with technology worker needs and nuances. She is also continually seeking out information on the latest high-tech trends and news, to figure out how it all can best enhance worker know-how and organizational performance. |
| Before becoming CEO of LfL, she served as director of training and development for the Software Association of Oregon (SAO), one of the most prolific professional technology associations in the western United States. There she developed high-quality training programs and organizational development initiatives to meet the needs of the Oregon technology industry.
